Crain's: Chicago Reader to Sell for $3 Million to Sun-Times Parent Co.
Crain's Chicago Business reports that Atalaya Capital Management has found a buyer for the Chicago Reader:
Wrapports LLC, the parent of the Chicago Sun-Times, is poised to purchase the Chicago Reader as soon as next week for about $3 million, according to sources familiar with the transaction.

"The deal hasn't closed and could still fall apart," the report says.
